General Info for Guests

Here you can find all the general info you need for your stay, as well as our house rules. Please read over everything and give us a call if you have any questions.

check in

You will be receiving your check in instructions and keypad code the day before your check in date. Your code will allow you to self check in for your convenience and ease. The instructions will also be sent to you by Airbnb under Check In Instructions.

WIFI

The wifi name and password will be sent to you in your check in email that you will receive the day before check in. You can also find it in the Guest Book located in the home. 

Help

A user's guide is located in the home and can help with most of the items in the home.

CHECK OUT

Step 1: Place used towels and sheets into shower stall

GENERAL HOUSE RULES

 

  • Check in time is from 3 pm.  Check out time is by 11 am. Early arrival and late check outs are allowed with host approval.  

 

  • Shoes are allowed in the house but not allowed on any of the beds.  

 

  • Absolutely no parking in areas that may block or make it inconvenient for any of our neighbors to get in or out of their driveways. There is specific signage for parking as well as a diagram of designated parking area just inside the entry.

 

  • Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is only allowed outside the home.  Fully extinguish all cigarettes/cigars (preferably with water) before disposing. Prescott is highly susceptible to fire and this home is located among beautiful pines so extra precaution is required.  All ashes and butts must be disposed of in trash outside.  Do not throw butts in trash containers in the home.  A charge of $350 for extra cleaning and deodorizing will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking in the home or butts thrown in trash bins in the home.  

 

  • Zero drug policy on entire property.  If you or your guests are reported for using any illicit drugs on property, the city authorities will be called, and they will have you vacate the property immediately.  All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.

 

  • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.  Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.

 

  • No more than 6 guests are allowed for "WHAT THE SHACK?!" and no more than 3 guests are allowed in "OH DEER, IT'S A JAVELINA!".  No additional guests other than listed on original reservation are allowed unless requested and approved by host.  Non approved guests will cause a cancellation of stay and all guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.

 

  • Immediately report any accidental damage to property so that we may remedy it before the next guest arrival.  You agree to allow our maintenance people into the home during your stay to make necessary repairs.

 

  • No hosting of parties or events is allowed unless approved by host prior to reservation.  Check with host for additional charges. Small gatherings (8-10 max) are allowed during the hours of 9 am to 9 pm.  The registered guest is responsible for ensuring that all event guest follow all house rules.  

 

  • Do not flush any feminine items in toilet.  If a plumbing problem occurs due to objects other than toilet tissue being flushed, you will be charged for the repair and/or damage.

 

  • Do not throw any items that may damage or impair the operation of the garbage disposal. If a problem occurs due to guest’s misuse, guest will be charged for the repair/damage.

  

  • No pets allowed. If any pets or evidence of pets are found on property, you will be charged an extra fee for cleanup/odor/damage.  

 

  • Trash must be securely tied and discarded in trash bins provided.  Do no leave any bin covers open due to wildlife foraging. Trash pickup days are early Wednesday mornings.  Do not overfill the trash bins as the city will not haul them away. Excess trash should be taken to the City Transfer Station located at 2800 Sundog Ranch Road, approximately 4.5 miles away.  

 

  • If there is a serious maintenance issue, we reserve the right to enter the property with short notice via text, email or voice message.  

 

  • Lost remotes, etc. will incur a charge of $100 per item.  

 

  • Barbecue grill must be returned in clean condition.  If grill is found dirty, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.  Do not use any kitchen pots or pans on grill.
