You can even hike right from the home to Riverfront Park and into the state park! The trails will also lead you to the town!

Sooo conveniently located in the middle of Sedona and Jerome, about a 20 minute drive to each! 1 hour to Prescott! 2.5 hours to the Grand Canyon!

 

Cross the street to bus/shuttle stop. With the bus, you can get around Cottonwood to all the major stops like the grocery store, Walgreens, the library, etc. The fare for the bus is only $1 both ways! If you are a student/veteran/or senior, its only 50 cents! The shuttle, that also stops there, will take you to Sedona, Jerome, or Verde Valley attractions for a fun day trip! 

 

We have ample parking in our home! RV parking is also available to you at no extra cost! No RV hookups.

Traveling with family? Separate 2 bed 2 bath home on property w/2 queen beds, double sized pull out couch, full kitchen, indoor jacuzzi tub, and another gorgeous and private backyard.

 

Planning a family gathering or small celebration? Set up your own event in our empty “red barn garage". It is large enough to fit tables and chairs/food area/decor for a SMALL event. Approximately 900 square feet. There is a security deposit, cleaning fee, and you must rent the entire property (both homes) to qualify. Parking available on site for around 10 cars. Available on case by case basis at additional fee. Inquire for details.
